A CARVED LONGQUAN CELADON BOWL
EARLY MING DYNASTY, 15TH CENTURY
The interior is carved with a floral spray in the center,
surrounded by a leafy composite floral scroll in the well,
and the exterior is carved with further floral sprays
below a band of classic scroll. The bowl is covered
overall with a glaze of olive-green color.
