DECORATED WALL VASE
SEAL MARK AND PERIOD OF QIANLONG
清乾隆 粉青地描金御製詩掛瓶
《乾隆乙酉御題》款 「乾」、「隆」印
of rectangular section, the facetted body with a flat back and 題詩:
supported on a splayed foot, rising to a waisted neck flanked 依然膽搥式,卻異汝官珍;
by a pair of handles modelled in the form of chilong, the front 動挈路搴秀,靜懸屋盎春。
centred by a rectangular cartouche inscribed with an imperial 製惟日趨巧,道不易還淳;
poem dated to yiyou year of the Qianlong reign (in accordance 紅紫隨時閱,何曾著點塵。
with 1765), followed by two red seals reading Qian and Long, 乾隆乙酉御題。
all reserved against a pale celadon ground and framed by gilt-
decorated archaistic kui dragons, the neck similarly decorated 來源:
