the round face carved with delicate features
and a serene expression, the rosebud lips
drawing slightly upward at the corners, the
nose subtly contoured and the pupils of the
eyes carefully incised beneath the lowered
lids, the face framed by pendulous ears and
long locks swept back into a high chignon tied
behind a tall diadem, the diadem carved in relief
with an image of amitabha Buddha seated on
a lotus blossom with clouds to either side, the
lower band of the diadem with traces of red
paint, stand (2)
