seated in rajalilasana, the shoulders flanked
by a kalavinka bird and a kundika borne by $ 50,000-70,000
blossoming lotuses from vines stemming
from the bodhisattva’s hands, the proper right
hand draped over the raised right knee, the
other palm placed on the edge of the platform
base for support, the head enclosing a small
amitabha figure with an elaborate crown, the
ears and shapely body adorned with ornaments
and jewels, all supported by a double-lotus base
with pendent sashes
