A Beijing red glass ‘lotus’ water pot
Qianlong four-character mark and of the period
The almost spherical water pot with an opaque pink body overlaid
with translucent red glass crisply carved to form five overlapping
rows of lotus petals pointing towards the circular mouth, the low foot
also carved with pendent petals.
9cm (3½in) diam.
