A FINE FAMILLE VERTE ‘LOTUS’ WINE CUP 清 五彩「荷花」花神盃
QING DYNASTY (1644-1911) 盃通體青花五彩紋飾，一面繪六月花神荷花，背面青花書唐
The cup is delicately potted with flaring sides, with the exterior 李群玉詩句：「根是泥中玉，心承露下珠」，尾隨蒙體「賞」
painted and enamelled representing the sixth month with a 方印底青花雙圈內書「大清康熙年製」楷書款。
mandarin duck swimming in a lotus pond with a kingfisher in
flight overhead. The reverse has an inscription which may be 來源
translated as ‘jade-like, the lotus root is untainted by muddy 陳玉階（1932-2012）舊藏
waters; the gathering dew drops are like pearls on its heart-shaped 香港佳士得，2013 年 5 月 29 日，拍品 1921 號
leaves’, followed by a seal mark reading shang, ‘appreciation’. The
base is inscribed with an apocryphal Kangxi mark.
