A CELADON-GLAZED BARBED-RIM DISH
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
明 青釉花卉紋大盤
The dish is formed with shallow ribbed sides imitating open petals and is carved to the interior centre with
two fower blooms growing from leafy stems. It is covered in a glaze of olive-celadon tone, excluding a ring
to the base exposing the body which has fred orange.

A CARVED CELADON-GLAZED
WARMING BOWL
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
明 青釉刻花暖碗
The bowl is carved and incised to the exterior with
a wide foliate band above stif leaves encircling
the foot. The interior is decorated with a central
fower bloom. It is covered in a pale celadon glaze,
pooling to a darker tone within the crevices of the
decoration.
