A SMALL SOFT PASTE MOULDED ‘DRAGON’ VASE
QIANLONG PERIOD (1736-1795)
清乾隆 白釉龍趕珠紋雙象耳蒜頭瓶
The fattened vase is moulded to each side of the body with a dragon chasing
the faming pearl. The narrow cylindrical garlic-neck has a pair of elephant-head
handles. The vase is covered overall with a soft opaque white crackled glaze.

868 德化白釉三足爐及白釉螭龍紋筆洗 一組兩件
The censer is raised on three ruyi-form feet and moulded in low relief with four
shallow bands. The central register is incised with key fret alternating with
archaistic motifs. It is covered with a creamy-white glaze continuing over the
rim. The brush washer is of compressed spherical form and it is moulded in
high relief with a chilong. It is covered in a white glaze.
The censer 4¡ in. (11.2 cm.) diam.
