                                                                                 清十九/二十世紀 翠玉聯枝筒形洗

                                                                                 The sides of the round barrel are carved to simulate wood panels, with
                                                                                 a leafy branch resting on the top of the vessel. The semi-translucent
                                                                                 stone is of a pale tone with green, dark grey and snowy white fecks.

PLAQUE
MING DYNASTY, 17TH CENTURY

明十七世紀 白玉鏤雕鵝啣蓮花牌

The plaque is carved and pierced to depict a goose amongst scrolling lotus.
The stone is of a pale tone, with some snowy fecks. The plaque is ftted
in a later German silver mount dating 1900-1930 with the maker‘s mark
C.Weishaupt.
