The jar is decoratd with ladies and boys at play in a fenced garden by
rocks and a plantain. The base is painted with an underglaze blue ‘kite’
mark within a double circle.

The bowl is decorated to the exterior with a leafy lotus scroll,
the interior with a central cartouche enclosing a lotus blossom
within double underglaze blue lines.
