This pair of covered bowls is thinly carved to
convey the transluscent and even quality of the
stone, and is examplary of simple but high quality
jade objects made with an emphasis on geometric
forms. The beauty of the material is highlighted
and enhanced by the perfect mastery of the
craftsmen’s techniques.
