he center of this thick-based dish is decorated with a
Tchrysanthemum surrounded by a double ring enclosed
by a collar of yeo ui (Ch: rúyì) heads. The inside wall con-
tains five evenly spaced chrysanthemums. The outside wall
also has five evenly spaced chrysanthemums, this time with
the leaves inlaid in black. The dish, including the footrim,
is completely covered in celadon glaze. Six unevenly spaced
scars caused by silica chips are apparent on the base. A firing
blister bubbles up on the well, near the inside wall.
