QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
each brightly enamelled with a long-tailed crested bird and
a pheasant perched on rockwork issuing peony, lily, and
chrysanthemum stems, reserved on a plain white ground
within a black foliate band, with a blue foliate band at the rim,
the underside with oral sprigs centred by a pomegranate on
a white ground

QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY
the central medallion enclosing a yellow-bodied frontal
view ve-clawed dragon amidst multi-coloured ruyi clouds,
bordered by ve pink bats between lotus scrolls reserved on
a vibrant yellow ground, the exterior with three pink, blue and
green dragons amidst clouds on a yellow ground with a black
foliate band at the rim, the base painted with a central blue
phoenix against a white ground
