Of compressed rounded rectangular form, with a slightly concave lip
and oval foot rim, the interior well-hollowed, one face with the natural
dark inclusions forming a bird on a rock, its claws well-articulated.

A CARVED CINNABAR LACQUER SNUFF BOTTLE
1780-1880
Of flattened shield form, with a flat lip and a waisted neck, tapering to
an oval foot rim surrounding a convex foot, carved with a continuous
scene, with one of figures in a pavilion admiring a waterfall, reversed by
a figure leaning over a balustrade while two attendants converse.
