               Of cylindrical form and painted in the typical palette with two women
               watching their children play within an edited garden setting suggested
               by a banana tree and rock, the celadon-tinged glaze applied to the
               interior and exterior walls, continuing onto the outside edges of the
               concave base and the circular recess at the center but leaving an
               unglazed ring of fabric partially covered by pale russet wash.

               19th century
               Its short neck finished with a flared rim and the full, curving walls
               painted in the characteristic enamels with a pheasant perched on a
               garden rock surrounded by bees in flight and seasonal branches in
               bloom, the celadon-tinged glaze covering all surfaces except the pad
               of the delicately formed foot.
