 China, 1661-1722. The jar of ovoid shape, painted in cobalt   MEIPING VASE, LATE MING
 blue with the Three Friends of Winter; pine, bamboo
 and plum. Old hardwood cover and base executed in   China, 16th-17th century. The vase rising from a splayed foot to a
 openwork. Double circle to the base. (3)  high-shouldered body below a short neck with a lipped rim, covered
                     in a fine blue and white glaze showing geese in a landscape with
                     flowers and reeds above clouds and craggy rocks.
 Condition: Good condition with minor old wear, the old
 hardwood cover with wear and some losses.
 Provenance: German private collection.  Condition: Excellent condition with firing flaws and minor wear.
