A RARE ENAMELED PORCELAIN SNUFF BOTTLE WITH
MULTIPLE FIGURES ON A CAMEL
Yongzheng mark, 1850-1910
Of cylindrical shape, painted in a continuous scene in sepia and color
enamels with a large well-fed camel led by a herder wearing a winter
coat and raising a fan, six figures sit atop the camel, one brandishing
a whip, one a fan and another with a large ribboned gourd tied to a
pole over his shoulder, all set in a simple hilly landscape, with a four-
character iron-red mark.
