                                                            A WHITE JADE CIRCULAR PLAQUE

                                                            QING DYNASTY (1644-1911)

                                                            The circular plaque is carved in low relief to one side with a boy
                                                            playing with a bird, the other side with three persimmons growing
                                                            on a twisted leafy branch. The stone is of a very even pale tone.

                                                            A WHITE JADE PLAQUE

                                                            QING DYNASTY, 18TH CENTURY

                                                            The rectangular plaque is carved in low relief on one side
                                                            depicting an aged man carrying a hoe, walking with his young
                                                            attendant, with a bat hovering above. The other side is carved
                                                            with a poetic inscription, followed by the signature Zigang.
