A large Canton famille rose punch bowl A famille rose black-ground
19th century crested ‘exotic flowers’
Richly enamelled on the inside and out with panels containing figures bowl, coffee cup and saucer
and flowers, the borders at the rim with bats, birds and flowers. Circa 1810
40.5cm (16in) diam. Each embellished with an iron-red and gilt lion crest, surrounded by a
continuous vibrantly enamelled ‘tobacco leaf’ type design on a black
