Each bird is shown standing with
turned head and open beak. The body is
predominately red, and the wings, which
form the cover, have black and multicolored
feathers. Each is supported on a gilded,
square stand.

FORM CENSERS
19TH CENTURY
Each bird is shown with head turned to
the side and with beak grasping a branch.
The wings are decorated with multicolored
feathers and form the cover to the opening in
the back of the plump body. Each is perched
on a gilded, quatrilobed stand raised on four
mythical beast-form supports and decorated
around the sides in openwork.

FORM CENSERS
18TH-19TH CENTURY
Each duck is shown with head facing
forward and beak open, the wings forming
the cover to the opening in the back of the
plump body. One has predominantly yellow
and blue wings, the other black and yellow
wings.
