                                                                          The panel finely enamelled with a pair of multi-
                                                                          coloured pheasants perching on the branches of a
                                                                          gnarled trunk issuing blossoming prunus flowers,
                                                                          flanked by bamboo leaves and nandina rising from
                                                                          Taihu rocks to the sides, all on a vibrant turquoise
                                                                          ground, later wood stand.

                                                                          The thick rectangular top set with everted scroll
                                                                          ends above a beaded aprons and shaped spandrels
                                                                          carved as butterflies, all raised on thick, beaded
                                                                          convex legs of rectangular section enclosing two
                                                                          openwork panels depicting ruyi heads.
                                                                          163cm (69 1/8in) wide x 87cm (34 2/8in) high x
                                                                          37.5cm (14 6/8in) deep.
