A MOLDED FAMILLE ROSE ‘NARRATIVE’ SNUFF BOTTLE
1796-1850
Of flattened ovoid form, crisply molded and brightly enameled with
narrative scenes, one side depicting an official and his entourage in
a junk, the other side portraying a chase on horseback through a
turbulent river, the foot bearing an iron red seal mark.
