FIVE IVORY BRUSHPOTS, BITONG
18th/19th century
Three variously incised with figures in gardens and mountainous
landscapes; one carved in reserve with a sage and boy attendant on
a riverbank, two line inscription to the reverse; and one carved with
a gentleman on horseback before a walled pavilion, on an openwork
ground, four with wood stands.
The largest 11cm (4.1/4in) high. (9).
