Each bottle enamelled with lotus flower sprays
in pink, iron-red, grisaille and gilt, the tapering
neck with fish amongst waterweeds, with
globular mouth, raised on a flared foot rim.

The beehive form pot finely enamelled with
groups of Precious Objects interspersed with
flying bats and Daoist attributes, the short
mouth rim with a spearhead border.

Tongzhi six-character mark and of the period
The first dish enamelled with five bats in flight
amongst multi-coloured clouds, surrounded
with a keyfret border; the second enamelled
to each face with court ladies and attendants
seated in a pavilion overlooking a rocky
outcrop, the mouth rim with gilt embellishing.

Late Qing
Each painted with a scene depicting the
various stages of silk manufacture, the
reverses inscribed, apocryphal Qianlong
seal marks; and a famille rose bowl, painted
and gilt with exotic birds amongst rockwork,
peonies and magnolia, 18th century.
