                                                             elongated neck covered in overlapping trailing feathers, the wings

                                                             Early Ming Dynasty
                                                             Of oval section, with dish-shaped mouth descending to a slender
                                                             neck cast with archaistic wave designs between the paired dragon-
                                                             head handles, the rounded sides with bold gilt brushes above a
                                                             splayed foot cast with a keyfret band above an archaistic lappet
                                                             border, the bronze patinated to a deep, rich hue.
