A CARVED OPAQUE WHITE GLASS SNUFF BOTTLE
PROBABLY IMPERIAL, PALACE WORKSHOPS,
BEIJING, 1780-1860
One side is carved with peony, the other with begonia and the
narrow sides with pine trees, all growing from a rocky ground.

Each side is molded in high relief with a scene of two ladies in 1820-1870年 粉彩模印仕女嬰戲圖鼻煙壺
a walled garden surrounded my a multitude of children, with
reticulated panels in the windows and garden wall. The base
has a four-character mark, Ai Jing Tang Zhi (The Hall of Love and
Admiration), in black enamel on a pale blue ground.
