HR-POLICY







                  HR policy objectives:


                The HR policy of UZCE is aimed at forming a unified team of professional employees through
            the introduction of standards, including a system of recruitment and admission of personnel, a
            program of motivation and evaluation of employees, training and development of personnel, as
            well as the creation of a fair remuneration system.
                The main goal of the HR policy of the UZCE is to create an effective HR management system
            designed to rationalize the need to achieve individual personnel goals, as well as strategic goals
            and objectives of the UZCE, which implies maintaining a balance of interests of shareholders,
            the organization itself and personnel, as well as finding fair compromises between them.
                In accordance with the economic goal of HR policy, personnel decisions are made aimed
            at optimizing the cost ratios for the development of human resources, on the one hand, and the
            development of the organization, as well as obtaining maximum profit, on the other.
                At the same time, the implementation of a HR policy focused on social values and the well-
            being of each employee is the social goal of HR policy carried out at UZCE.
                In order to achieve the social goal, UZCE is implementing a set of measures to create a fair
            wage system corresponding to the performance of work, a legitimate combination of incentives
            and  restrictions,  providing  a  rational  system  of  remuneration,  with  a  specific  definition  of
            objectives, responsibilities and indicators, as well as incentives to improve labour efficiency.
                In  2022,  work  continued  on  the  professional  development  of  UZCE  personnel.  Employee
            training  and  professional  development  is  one  of  the  fundamental  principles  of  UZCE’s  HR
            policy. UZCE always encourages the desire of employees to increase their knowledge, develop
            leadership qualities and skills necessary for the implementation of strategic objectives of UZCE.
                In the reporting year, 14 employees of UZCE, including 2 women, improved their qualifications
            in educational institutions on a commercial basis.







                  The personnel statistics:

                At  the  beginning  of  2022,  the  number  of  employees  at  UZCE  was  60 people,  and  as  of
            December 31, 2022, the staff of UZCE had 55 people.
