                The presence of different age categories at UZCE made it possible to carry out systematic
            work  in  the  direction  of  “Ustoz-shogird”,  thus,  mentors  from  among  experienced  specialists
            were appointed to newly hired employees.
                In 2022, 16 people including 9 women, left the UZCE within the framework of the ongoing
            personnel policy. During the reporting period, 11 specialists, including 2 women, were admitted
            to the staff of UZCE.
