SEVERE WEATHER - WALBRIDGE EMPLOYEES ONLY

                 Ohio’s county Sheriffs have established the following guidelines to define road and
                 travel conditions during severe winter weather:

                 Level 1 – Roadway Advisory:  Employees are expected to come into work and if unable
                 to must contact their supervisor as soon as possible if unable to make it safely in to
                 work.

                 Level 2 – Roadway Advisory: Business as usual.  Employees should exercise additional
                 care in driving to and from the workplace.  If unable to make it into work, employees
                 must contact their supervisor as soon as possible.

                 Level 3 – Roadway Emergency:  The President and Director of Manufacturing and
                 Engineering will make the final decision on what essential operations and services are
                 needed during Level 3 Roadway Emergencies and begin the notification process.

                 State of Emergency – The President and Director of Manufacturing and Engineering will
                 make the final decisions on what essential operations and services are needed during a
                 declared State of Emergency and begin the notification process.

                 Compensation

                 Compensation for affected personnel will be handled as follows:

                 Employees unable to report to work due to Level 2 emergencies in the county where
                 the employee resides or at the Walbridge plant – excused absence, employee has an
                 option to take it unpaid or use a PTO day.

                 Employees unable to report to work due to Level 3 emergencies in the county where
                 the employee resides or at the Walbridge, Ohio plant – excused absence, employee
                 will be paid without taking PTO or sick time.

                 All essential employees who are requested to physically report to the work facility by
                 their supervisor on a Level 3 emergency will be paid time and half for working their
                 designated shift.
