This paper discusses on approaching steps that must be taken by the librarians to move forward
in parallel with technology changes. It is needed as requirements to deliver the best quality
services to clients. The librarians also need to encounter challenges in adapting the application of
technologies along with the Customer Relation Management (CRM) needs. Thus, the librarians
should understand the importance to structuring the ideas to make the reality come as well as the
first step to develop their interest on designing new technologies and new services. Other than
that, the involvement of the librarians in intellectual discussions, collaborate with expertise, and
bold to fail are the vital aspects that need to be given attention to develop the interest in
designing technologies.
