Any organization‘s success depends heavily on how it attracts and motivates workers and retains

its workforce. Today's companies need to be more versatile and accommodating, so they're well
positioned to grow and appreciate their loyalty to their workers. The purpose of this study was to
investigate the relationship between variables of work and non-work, and the quality of work life.

The contribution from this study is expected to provide useful information to organizations' top
management level for the purpose of planning appropriate policies that can enhance the overall
life satisfaction of the employees.
