Whistle-Blowing Policy



                      5.2     Consideration period

                                     The  investigation  and  consideration  process  should  be  completed

                              within the timeline specified by regulators.
                      5.3     Penalty

                                     Offenders,  whether  they  are  the  Company’ s  directors,  executives,

                              employees, agents, brokers or staff shall be subject to disciplinary penalties in
                                                                          .

                              Company will follow the legal procedures and the offender shall be punished

                              as required by law.


                   6.  Whistle-blowers protection measures
                        To protect the rights of whistle-blowers who act in good faith,

                        6.1  The Company shall conceal the name, address or any information that can

                              responsible for investigation are allowed to access the information.

                        6.2  In the event of a complaint about corruption, the Working Team shall protect
                              whistle-blowers, witnesses and individuals who provide information during the

                              investigation from suffering, harm, and injustice arising from whistle-blowing,

                              testifying or providing information.
                        6.3  The Company shall not act unfairly against the whistle-blowers whether by

                              changing  positions  or  job  descriptions,  work  relocation,  work  suspension,
                              intimidation,  work  interference,  termination  or  other  unfair  treatments  to

                              whistle- blowers  or  those  who  cooperate  in  fact  investigation   .  Those
                              responsible for matters that have been informed or complained must keep

                              information of complaints, documents  and  evidence  of whistle- blowers  or
                                                               .
                              information providers confidential   The information must not be disclosed to
                              any irrelevant parties unless the disclosure is required by law.
