theming. The team is lead by Chris Martha (Global Director F&B), Matt
Gray (Global Culinary Director and Michelin Star chef), and a Global
Food and Beverage Training & Project Management team, Valor food
and beverage operates with a full support staff including finance, HR,
training, sales and marketing, PR, social media and digital marketing.
CEO, Euan McGlashan assists the team in various aspects of the overall
concepting plans. In the past two years, Valor food and beverage has
created multiple distinct food and beverage concepts for their worldwide
hotels as well as being approached to become involved in standalone
restaurant projects.
All our Senior Food and Beverage Executives come from backgrounds of
leading restaurant companies in their careers. Therefore we bring a
dynamic and laser focused perspective to our hotel offerings. In fact, in
almost every case in the last 7 years, Valor has viewed hotel F&B very
differently from its’ competitors, leading the way in designing restaurants
and bars around High Street retail themes and a personalized sensibility,
which have in every case substantially increased guest capture, external
guest capture, revenues and profitability. Currently, the F&B team have
over nine projects in development, covering Kimpton, Curio’s by Hilton,
Tapestry Collection by Hilton and Intercontinental by IHG. Each have
external restaurant & bar entrances and their own unique concepts.
