Valor Corporate Sales & Marketing Support/Resources
• Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing:
• Leads the sales & marketing efforts for Valor. Responsible for all aspects of sales, marketing and revenue for both pre-opening and
operating properties in the Valor portfolio. Provides direct leadership and support to all Valor corporate and on-property sales &
marketing team members in the areas of revenue generation, performance, marketing, strategy, systems, processes, goal setting,
tools & talent retention/acquisition.
• Corporate Director of Social Media & Digital Marketing:
• Leads strategies and initiatives in the areas of digital marketing and social media and provides ongoing support at the property
level. Drives brand awareness and lead generation through social media marketing, search engine marketing, SEO, online
reputation management and overall online representation.
• Corporate National Sales Director:
• Leads on-the-ground sales efforts supporting the Valor portfolio. Develops key sales relationships, assists property teams in
developing effective sales plans, conducts sales calls with property sales managers and attends tradeshows. Provides training and
support to all properties as needed.
• Corporate Sales Strategy & Systems Manager:
• Director level sales leader with 15+ years of on-property sales & marketing experience. Assigned to pre-opening properties prior to
and during recruitment of the property’s actual sales leader. Acts as the on-property Director of Sales & Marketing during this time
by performing all sales & marketing related duties (systems set-up, brand liaison, sales development, talent screening etc.).

• Director of Sales & Marketing:
• Responsible for overall sales & marketing functions. Responsible for developing revenues in a specified market segment (group
and/or transient) based on experience/hotel needs.
• Sales/Catering Manager:
• Responsible for developing revenues in specified market segments as identified.
