• Brand-centric critical path plan covering all actions/activities needed for a successful, on-time opening
• Technology allows and encourages collaboration, assignment of duties, file attachment, status and approaching deadlines
• Weekly reviews of the critical path with Valor and property team to ensure project is on track
• Engage brand teams and provide any necessary information to ensure brand requirements are completed on schedule
