• Ensure all necessary associates are serve safe qualified • Review and select POS system
• Ensure all necessary associates are Tips/Alcohol qualified • Plan and determine POS layout for all areas
• Ensure all F&B Brand standards are implemented • Coordinate and oversee POS set up and installation
• Oversee application for any F&B brand service waivers • Complete POS programming, including food, beverage and
all revenue centers
• Ensure all F&B food service permits are updated with the
correct ownership entity • Research and determine if restaurant reservation system is
needed or required
• Oversee implementation if required
