THE PROFESSIONAL TEAM


                  The  appointment  of  the  team  has  required  selecting  the  necessary  disciplines  and
                  approaching  them  for  fee  evaluation.  Once  the  evaluation  was  completed,  the
                  successful  candidates  were  appointed  with  a  standard  consultancy  agreement,
                  prepared by the project quantity surveyors and containing full collateral warranties. The
                  principal consultants are:

                  Generally the consultants are local to the project for their planning and knowledge of the
                  local  area,  with  the  exception  of  Equals  Consulting  who  are  based  in  London  with
                  national experience, both on the QS and project management sides.

                  PLANNING TIMETABLE


                  While  granting of planning  permission has been  delayed  and  the situation  has  been
                  uncertain, all work by the professional team was suspended except for work needed to
                  resolve the planning application ecological issues. With that complete, the case officer
                  secured  consent from the Planning Committee on 16  March 2021. Accordingly the

                  provisional timetable for the project is:

                                    Complete funding to pay outstanding fees to the consultants and provide sufficient
                         June
                                    funds to pay all costs through to financial close of the development funding

                         July       Design development to complete design, programme and cost plan.

                                    Complete all documentation, contracts etc for construction of the project ready for
                         Aug
                                    signature and implementation.
                                    Complete funding, Centre site lease, Centre management agreement, HG&L
                         Sep
                                    shareholder agreement to allow equity to be advanced and bank debt drawn down.
                         Oct        Mobilisation and start on site
