Planning consent was granted on 16 March 2021 with a unanimous decision by the
Planning Committee.
The approval process is document controlled, with the architect submitting drawings to
the client for review, comment and approval, allowing enough time in the program to
evaluate and address all comments through to approval.
Plans, perspectives, a schedule of areas and a layout plan of the dedicated parking,
Centre and range, as included in the sublease are in Appendix 7.
A separate fully auditable document control system has been set up in Share Point. This
will contain all the planning and construction documentation for access by the
professional team and those who need access as part of their role in the development
of the Centre. It will also be available to those carrying out due diligence on behalf of
Investors.
