STR’s marketing team, working with support and guidance from Phil Harrison, given his
extensive experience and relationships across the golf world, will ensure maximum
exposure for the Newcastle Centre. There will be opportunities for sponsorship which
will further enhance the brand.
STR will prepare a full marketing and growth strategy that will:
• Create loyalty through membership offers.
• Maximise on seasonality through promotions and events - Summer Nights, Fizzy
Fridays, School’s Out, Ryder Cup, Ladies Day, Christmas, Easter, Corporate Specials,
etc..
• Collection of customer details, building an effective database.
• Local radio advertising campaign (Insert data on local radio campaign).
• Maximise editorial press coverage through our PR company, Silver Bullet Marketing
Ltd.
• Create BIG prize attention, linking with corporate sponsors e.g. Win a car!
• Website design launch.
• Monthly hole in one competition with win a car prize.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE
STR’s talented and experienced in-house Food & Beverage team will manage everything
from kitchen and bar design to menu planning and table layouts, with the goal of creating
an environment where we can offer a Food & Beverage service that we can be proud of,
always striving for absolute guest satisfaction.
The offering will be complemented by known quality brands and the variety of food
needed to satisfy the broad range of visitors to the Centre. With its focus on corporate
events, the Centre will be able to cater for the special requirements of individual events
and the numbers of people they may involve, without detracting from the day to day
service to golfing visitors.
