Four people sentenced to death for
“spying” for Israeli intelligence in Iran
MIDDLE EAST A court in Iran has sentenced four people to
death for allegedly collaborating with Israeli
intelligence, Mehr News Agency reported on
December 1.
According to the publication, three more
individuals were sentenced to terms of five to ten
years in prison. Those three were convicted on
charges -of acting against Iran’s national secu-
rity, complicity in kidnapping and possession of
illegal weapons.
