Talos Energy has agreed to acquire privately owned US Gulf of Mexico
operator EnVen for $1.1bn.
Further SPR release
The US Department of Energy will sell up to an additional 10mn barrels of
crude from the country’s Strategic Petroleum Reserve in November.
