       87.  Trial Close: A technique used to close a sale by ensuring the stakeholder

       88.  Two-pack Hotels: A conjoined property of two hotels that share resources,
              such as back-of-house operations, but operate separately.
       89.  Turn: The process of completely changing a meeting room set-up from one

              event to the next.
       90.  War Room: Another term for the office for meeting on-site staff.

       91.  Wash: Discrepancy between the group room block and the total number of
              rooms in the block that is actually booked.
       92.  Walk: Moving guests to a nearby hotel when overbooking occurs.
       93.  “X” Wide Sessions: Used to track how many breakout sessions are

              happening at one time by replacing X with a number.
       94.  Yield Management: Process of understanding, anticipating, and reacting to
              consumer behavior to maximize revenue. Also known as Revenue

              Management.
       95.  Z Hotel: A boutique hotel set in various locations around the world.
