Over the past few years of change and adaption, I was certain that our strength at ISC Dubai would be in the
SLO, and the unity between our students and the entire school staff.

We are grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such an amazing team and an ambitious student
body. The innovative ideas implemented throughout the past two years in response to different obstacles have
led to success in all nine SLO Departments - each interpreting their tasks in creative ways and taking new
routes to achieve their goals.

Every action taken by the SLO is carried out with the intention to help improve each student’s experience at
school; the end goal is to ensure that every single student has something to smile about. The fruit of our hard
work is evident in the way students interact with each other as well as in the respect and love we have for each
other. It is truly something to celebrate.

At ISC Dubai, our student well-being is one of our
top priorities because our ultimate goal is to have
happy achievers. Certainly, the journey is long and
the destination is blurry at times but what makes the
journey enjoyable is the people you travel with. I have
no doubt that the lessons students have learned from
their experience working in the SLO will remain with
them forever. They will cherish the memories they have
made and will use the skills they have acquired for years
to come.

The Student Life Organization is one of the most
important pillars of SABIS® schools: a place to learn,
work, escape, make friends, have fun, a place to be
united, work together and make the most out of ISC
Dubai’s 85 different nationalities. Most of all, the SLO is
a place our students can call home.

We would like to thank the SLO Heads, Heads of SLO
Departments, and all the prefects who worked tirelessly
throughout the academic year to fulfill their duties. We
are also very grateful to the staff members of ISC Dubai,
as well as our school director, Mr. Hisham Hassan, who
has been the biggest supporter of the SLO.
