Discipline
We've always been told that the discipline department is one of the most important departments in the
SLO, and it is only now that we understand why. Our department is considered the backbone of all the
other departments, since without discipline no other department is able to function. This year, after the
Covid-19 lockdown, our job was to reinstate the feeling of discipline and determination in the students, as
well as lift their morale after two years of dealing with a pandemic. Therefore, our department's approach
this year was a positive one. One of the major focuses for us this year was that of bullying. In response to
this problem, we decided to start our "Anti-Bullying Campaign". As part of this campaign, we held
successful workshops to raise students' morale through various compliments. We like to believe that this
boosted the con dence of our fellow friends and classmates in themselves and others. Another problem
we decided to challenge this year was of littering. Through numerous awareness campaigns - displayed
during both in our events and that of the other departments -regarding littering,we believe we have left a
mark on the students and hope that they have learned to respect both the school and its amazing
caretakers. As part of this department, we've learned plenty of valuable skills and gone through many
enlightening experiences. This department has shown us what it is to be a team, how to work as one, and
how to think as one. We are grateful to have had such a wonderful team of bright minds to work with us.
In the end, we hoped to have positively impacted the place that is our second home. And to the
exceptional individuals that come after us, we hope you raise beloved department to even greater
heights!
