Quality Control
We are proud to see how the Student Life Organization has improved throughout the years. To us, the SLO
represents the heart of the school that connects everyone together beyond the classroom. This is why our
departments passionately work hard to enhance the general atmosphere around the school. This
academic year has been particularly important to us as it has been the rst time the SLO went back to its
regular routine after a long and exhausting pandemic. The shift back was not an easy one; however, what
is the SLO without the challenges that come with it? As co-heads of Quality Control, we were there to
nourish the seeds that our departments planted making sure their work is ourishing in the best and
most e cient way. We strongly believe in the ability of any individual to manifest positive growth, given
both the right mindset and environment. That is what pushed us to maintain the highest of standards
without criticizing our departments harshly. As a result, this built the trust our departments have in us. In
order to succeed, you have to solidify your focus on what you want to achieve. We do our best to facilitate
our departments’ visions and bring in some fresh air of motivation for our wonderful SLO. Working in this
eld did not only develop the departments, but also ourselves. Positive leadership, e cient management,
and good judgement are some of the notable skills we have sharpened. This all would not have been
possible without the continuous support and encouragement of our director, our Student Life
Coordinators, our AQCs, and the kind hearted teachers here at ISCDXB. As our journey has come to its end,
we strongly advise the future leaders of our school to keep their mind sharp and embrace their
di erences in order to maintain the legacy of our Student Life Organization.
