          3.    Ben Ross had been at Gordon High for two years and was an outstanding young history teacher. He was
             charismatic (contagious – he could get through to the students), very interested and involved, energetic, creative
             and dedicated, with a practical, relevant approach. Some other teachers were jealous of his abilities and spoke
             negatively about him.
          4.   The Gordon Grapevine is the school newspaper.
