              Effective Communication
                 Effective communication in healthcare is
                   one of the most important tools we have
                   in giving great patient care and to improve
                   patient satisfaction.


                 Effective communication is complete,
                   clear, timely and brief.

                 Effective communication involves the

                   right people receiving the right information at
                   the right time.


            Communication involves three components

            “Skilled communication can save lives.  Promoting open and effective conversation
            among team members optimizes patient outcomes and encourages essential
            collaboration.”
