As a small child Daedalus would escape to the East Indian Dock’s of London to play
with other children who didn’t have silver spoons shoved up their arses. The young

Daedalus’s favourite game was ‘Oranges and Lemons’, played on the docksides with
the other lost children and scallywags who congregated there.
It was whilst playing on the docks amongst the rich aromas of tea & spices along
with the raucous laughter of the dockworkers swilling gin at the end of their

long days, filled the Doctor with a yearning wanderlust that was never to leave
                                           him.
This drink to the Doctor evokes the tastes of lost innocence, the flavours and

mysteries of the London docks and the promise of adventure.
