In 1885 whilst drinking in a Cuban island bar, Daedalus was fortunate to meet a
fine gentleman from Ohio called Charles Creators.
Both he and Charles purchased a small barrel of rum and started a drinking
session the likes of which the god Bacchus would be proud of. Charles in his
drunken state attempted to give a demonstration of his latest steam powered
invention for popping corn and roasting nuts.
In an act of inebriated serendipity the Doctor knocked the barrel of rum into the
freshly popped corn. Whilst it completely ruined Charles’s contraption the
resulting popcorn infused liquor tasted divine.
