Whilst on a trip to India gathering botanicals the Doctor takes the Darjeeling
Himalayan Railway known locally as the Toy Train, up into the mountains.
On his way to the station he loses his ticket trying to ‘woo’ some jasmine
scented beauty. Once on the train Daedalus realises the ticket is missing and
makes the guard and his fellow passengers this drink by way of compensation.
The drink is still served in the buffet car to this day.
